Store Policies


Items are usually shipped within the day an order is placed (but no matter what within 2 days). Email us at if your order is time sensitive and we'll do our best to ship it asap. We will email you an order confirmation and tracking number during processing.

We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if not we do accept returns on *most items* in original condition within 15 days of purchase.  Item must have original tags attached and unworn.  To make a return, email us at for instructions. Once we've received the returned item we will issue your refund in the original form of payment (less return shipment amount). It is also possible to return web orders at our brick + mortar shop.

*If an item is discounted 40% or more it is a FINAL SALE item and cannot be returned or exchanged. Carefully check product description to find out if the item you’re purchasing is a FINAL SALE. 


Exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase on any full price items in original condition with tags. Discounted items and/or samples are FINAL SALE. Purchases made at the brick + mortar shop can only be returned at the shop, during business hours.
